how does pricing work?
All pricing is customized to what you need. After you contact us to book, we will tailor a package that best fits you. If you’re wondering what a typical package looks like, head to our “base packages” page to see what’s included at three different levels.
how do i book?
Fill out the form on our “contact us to book” page and we will respond to gather more information via email, phone call, video call, or even an in person meeting. Once we have all the information we need and your package is built, we will send a contract to solidify booking.
Is there an upfront cost?
There is a non refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of your booking.
When is the remainder of the payment due?
The rest of your payment is due 30 days prior to the your event.
Can I add more time to my booking during the event?
Anytime exceeding the agreed period will be charged at $150 per hour, billed in half-hour increments. If PicOne1 has another event on the same day as yours, we will not be able to provide longer services.
What happens after I OFFICIALLY book?
After you book, our team will email you with a service contract, schedule a phone or video call to solidify details, + provide any other information you need.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
